Marketing Approach

The following is what I provide selling your property:

  • Professional  Photography/Video: professional photography will be provided including still aerial photography.
  •  MLS Input: Input listing into the Sun Valley Board of Realtors MLS along with periodic email blasts to the real estate community.
  • Syndication: Our MLS listings are automatically is syndicated within 24 hours of putting into our MLS. The key listing information is distributed to currently over 70 other real estate websites like Zillow, Trulia,, eLookyloo, etc.
  • Custom property flyer: A custom color print flyer will be developed for the property that can be used for email blasts, mailings and sent to everyone in the building /complex if appropriate when listed.
  • Print Ads: I will run ads in Sun Valley Property News (SVPN) during peak months for high-end properties.
  • Open Houses: Brokers Open Houses on a regular basis.
    • Buyer Open Houses on a regular basis during peak seasons.
    • Cooperating Agent is briefed before a showing if not accompanied by myself. If the property is complex, needs a lot of explanation or has a lot of artwork, etc. I will accompany all showings and particularly if the seller requests that I do. the seller.
    • Cooperating Agent follow-up. I will follow up all showings and update

  • Ongoing attention to the market: I will set up automatic searches on our MLS system to notify me of any changes of status of comparative properties and, if relevant, will forward that onto the seller.
  • Progress Reports: I will provide monthly updates summarizing all activity as well as any significant changes in the market place.
